Acceptable Use Policy
Ottocal is designed for legitimate scheduling, invoicing, payments, communications, AI-assisted workflows, and in-app call workflows. This policy explains prohibited activity and how Ottocal may respond.

You may not use Ottocal to
- Break the law or facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct.
- Harass, threaten, dox, defame, or impersonate another person or organization.
- Send spam, phishing messages, or misleading payment or scheduling requests.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe security, or interfere with service availability.
- Collect, scrape, or export data in a way that violates law, contracts, or privacy rights.
- Use AI features to generate abusive, illegal, or deceptive content.
- Record, transcribe, or distribute calls without any notice or consent required by law.
- Sell goods or services that infringe intellectual property rights or require licenses you do not hold.
Payment and invoicing abuse
- You may not use Ottocal to disguise the true nature of a transaction or invoice.
- You may not create sham bookings, duplicate charges, unauthorized recurring charges, or false invoices.
- You may not evade processor monitoring, chargeback rules, sanctions checks, or payout controls.
AI and automation restrictions
- You may not use Ottocal AI features to provide regulated advice that requires human review or licensure unless you independently ensure compliance.
- You may not submit prompts or data to generate harassment, fraud, spam, impersonation, or unlawful surveillance.
- You may not attempt to extract hidden prompts, credentials, or other users' data from Ottocal systems or AI features.
- You may not use Ottocal to steer, screen, rank, or exclude people in violation of fair-housing, fair-lending, or anti-discrimination rules.
- You may not use Ottocal to publish deceptive rates, loan terms, listing claims, or other marketing that requires a disclosure you choose not to provide.
Recording, privacy, and client-data restrictions
- You may not upload or collect sensitive data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
- You may not use Ottocal to process data that you are legally barred from collecting or sharing.
- You may not share exported recordings, transcripts, or client information in ways that violate confidentiality, privacy, or contract obligations.
Platform protections
Ottocal may limit access, remove content, suspend accounts, cancel bookings, block payments, or preserve logs if necessary to investigate suspected abuse or protect users and the service.
Ottocal may also cooperate with payment processors, infrastructure providers, affected users, or law enforcement where appropriate.
Reporting concerns
Report security issues, abuse, or policy violations to hello@ottocal.com. Include as much detail as possible so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
