Platform commissions apply only to paid bookings processed through Ottocal. Free bookings do not have a platform commission. Standard payment processing fees, chargebacks, refunds, taxes, and third-party fees may also apply.

Yes. Ottocal charges a platform commission on paid bookings processed through Ottocal. The commission depends on your plan: Starter 7.5%, Pro 5%, and Growth 3%. Free bookings do not have a platform commission. Standard payment processing fees may also apply.
By default, the commission is deducted from the paid booking amount before host payout unless the product supports passing platform fees to the client. If fee pass-through is supported, clearly show the client-facing fee before checkout.
No. Payment processor fees are separate and may be charged by Stripe or another payment provider.
