Starter includes 10 contact records. Paid plans remove the cap.

Free workspaces can store up to 10 CRM contacts and use project workspaces for those records. Pro and Growth unlock unlimited contact records, unlimited project workspaces, and the full AI-assisted CRM workflow.

Pricing FAQ

Does Ottocal charge a commission on bookings?

Yes. Ottocal charges a platform commission on paid bookings processed through Ottocal. The commission depends on your plan: Starter 7.5%, Pro 5%, and Growth 3%. Free bookings do not have a platform commission. Standard payment processing fees may also apply.

Who pays the booking commission?

By default, the commission is deducted from the paid booking amount before host payout unless the product supports passing platform fees to the client. If fee pass-through is supported, clearly show the client-facing fee before checkout.

Are payment processor fees included?

No. Payment processor fees are separate and may be charged by Stripe or another payment provider.

What happens when I reach a monthly allowance?

The feature pauses for the rest of the billing period and Ottocal tells you which allowance you reached. Nothing already booked is affected: existing meetings, reminders, and client records keep working. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period, and upgrading raises them immediately.

Why are there allowances at all?

AI assistance, video meeting minutes, and email each cost Ottocal money per use. Publishing an allowance per plan is how the free tier can stay genuinely free without a small number of very heavy workspaces making it unsustainable for everyone else.

What happens if a booking is refunded or disputed?

Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and processor rules may affect platform fees and host payouts. See the Refund Policy and Terms for details.
