Ottocal Affiliate Program
Recurring commission for sending us professionals who stay
Earn $10 every month a workspace you referred keeps paying, for up to 12 months — $120 per referral. No tiers to climb, no minimum volume, and nothing clever in the fine print: when your referral stops paying, so does the commission.
What you are recommending
One place to book the meeting and run everything after it
Ottocal gives client-facing professionals — consultants, coaches, clinicians, advisors, agencies, trades, and local services — a public booking page with real intake questions, a client CRM, built-in video meetings, and AI-assisted recaps, tasks, and follow-up in one workflow. Instead of a scheduling link on one side and a spreadsheet on the other, the enquiry, the appointment, and everything after it stay connected.
Booking that captures the whole enquiry
A public page with real intake questions, live slot selection, reminders, and rescheduling — so the first conversation starts with context instead of a blank page.
A client CRM that fills itself
Every booking creates or updates a contact, with project workspaces, tasks, and an activity trail. Nothing has to be copied anywhere.
Meetings, recordings, and recaps in one place
Built-in video rooms with consent-aware recording, transcripts, and AI recaps that turn a conversation into follow-up tasks and a draft email.
Paid bookings and invoices without a second tool
Take payment at the point of booking, issue invoices afterwards, and keep payouts and refunds attached to the appointment they belong to.
Built for licensed practices too
Regulated professions get compliance-aware defaults, disclosure on the public booking page, and guardrails on AI output — not a generic tool bolted on.
Free to start, on any device
The free plan is a working product, not a trial: a real booking page, real reminders, and a real CRM. There is an iOS app for the day-to-day.

Growth
$149/mo
3% platform commission on paid bookings

Commission
$10/month
Paid for every month a workspace you referred keeps paying, for up to 12 months — $120 per referral.
Tracking window
60 days
Your link is credited if someone signs up within that window. Your code works whenever it is used at checkout.
Customer offer
20% off 3 months
Your code gives the people you send a real reason to try Ottocal, and it does not reduce your commission.
Payouts
Monthly, $50 minimum
Commission clears 30 days after the invoice it came from, then goes out in the next monthly run through Stripe.
Two ways to refer
A link people click, and a code people type
Your link
ottocal.com/affiliates/yourname
Short enough to read aloud in a video or print on a slide. A click is credited to you for 60 days, so the sign-up does not have to happen in the same sitting.
Your code
YOURNAME20
Typed at checkout for 20% off the first 3 months. It credits you even when nobody clicked a link — useful on podcasts, in print, and anywhere a URL will not survive.
How it works
Four steps, then it runs itself
Apply in about two minutes
Tell us who your audience is and how you plan to promote Ottocal. Applications are reviewed by a person, usually within two business days.
Get your link and your code
You choose both — a link ending in your own name, like ottocal.com/affiliates/yourname, plus a code such as YOURNAME20 that people can type at checkout.
Share it where you already have trust
Newsletter, client roster, community, video, or your own paid ads. Disclose the commission clearly every time and the rest is up to you.
Get paid every month
Connect Stripe once. Cleared commission goes out monthly to your bank account, with tax forms handled through Stripe.
Disclosure is not optional
Say you earn a commission, every time
US and Canadian rules on endorsements both come down to the same thing: if you are paid to recommend something, the audience has to know before they act. Put it where the recommendation is — not in a bio, not below a fold, not at the end of a caption.
Written posts, blogs, newsletters
“I earn a commission if you subscribe to Ottocal through my link.”
Short-form social
“#ad — I get paid if you subscribe through my link.”
Video and audio
“Heads up before I start: Ottocal pays me a commission if you subscribe through my link.”
Paid ads you run yourself
“Paid partnership. I earn a commission on Ottocal subscriptions from this ad.”
What gets an affiliate removed
The short list, stated plainly
We would rather turn away volume than clean up after it. These are the things that end a partnership, and every one of them is in the agreement in full.
Promoting without disclosing the commission
Every post, video, email, page, and ad that carries your link or code must say you earn a commission, in the same place and format as the recommendation itself.
Self-referrals and referrals you control
You cannot earn on your own workspace, an alias, a household member, a company you own or control, or an account you signed up on someone else's behalf.
Bidding on our brand terms
No paid search, paid social, or app-store ads on "Ottocal" or close variants, misspellings, or Ottocal plus a modifier, and no using our name as a display URL.
Impersonating Ottocal
No sites, ads, profiles, emails, or support channels that read as official Ottocal properties, and no domains or handles containing our name.
Earnings, income, or outcome guarantees
No promises about revenue, bookings, savings, or results — yours or a customer's — and no "guaranteed", "risk-free", or get-rich framing.
Claims we haven't made
No inventing features, prices, certifications, integrations, security posture, or regulatory approvals. Pricing and features change; check the site before you publish.
Unsolicited messaging
No purchased lists, scraped contacts, cold bulk email, unsolicited DMs, SMS blasts, or comment spam. CAN-SPAM and CASL apply to you, and consent has to be real.
Paying people to sign up
No cashback, sweepstakes entries, giveaways, points, or other incentives in exchange for using your link or code unless we approve it in writing.
Questions
Before you apply
How much do I earn, exactly?
$10 for each month a workspace you referred pays for Ottocal, for up to 12 months. That is a maximum of $120 per referral. Refer ten workspaces that all stay a year and that is $1,200 — we are showing the arithmetic, not promising a result.
What happens if someone I referred cancels?
Commission on that workspace stops with their last paid month. You keep everything already earned, and you keep earning on your other referrals. If they come back and start paying again, that referral picks up where it left off, still inside the same 12-month limit.
Do free signups earn anything?
No. Commission starts on a referral's first paid invoice, and the 12 months clock starts then too — so a referral who takes three months to upgrade does not burn three months of your window.
Does the discount code cost me commission?
No. Your code gives the customer 20% off their first 3 months. Your $10 is the same on a discounted month as on a full-price one.
When do I actually receive money?
Each commission clears 30 days after the invoice that produced it — that window covers refunds and card disputes. Cleared commission is transferred in the next monthly payout run once your balance is at least $50. Below that it rolls over.
Who can join?
Individuals and businesses in the United States and Canada who can be paid through Stripe and who have a real audience of client-facing professionals. You do not need to be an Ottocal customer, though many of our best affiliates are.
Can I run paid ads?
Yes, on your own accounts and at your own cost, as long as you follow the promotion guidelines. The one hard line is brand terms: no bidding on "Ottocal" or close variants, and no ad that could be mistaken for an official Ottocal ad.
Can I refer my own workspace?
No. Self-referrals, aliases, and accounts you control are not eligible, and using your own code on your own subscription voids the commission. This is the most common reason an application or a referral gets disqualified.
What about taxes?
Commission is income, not a rebate. Stripe collects your tax details during payout onboarding and handles US information returns where they are required. You are responsible for reporting this income where you live, and nothing here is tax advice.
Ready to send us your first referral?
You will need an Ottocal account to apply — it is free, and it is where your affiliate dashboard, link, code, and payout setup live.
