Cookies help Ottocal keep hosts signed in, persist safe session state, complete booking flows, and support features like payments, reminders, and account protection.

Some flows may also rely on provider-set identifiers when payment, authentication, email, support, or call infrastructure services are invoked.

If you arrive through an affiliate's referral link, Ottocal sets a first-party cookie on its own domain recording which affiliate sent you and when. Its only purpose is to credit and pay that affiliate if you create a workspace, and it expires after the referral window stated in the Affiliate Program Agreement.

This cookie is not used for advertising, profiling, or personalization, and referral click data is not sold or shared with third parties. Click records keep a non-reversible fingerprint for fraud review only, and Ottocal suppresses even that when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Blocking or clearing the cookie does not affect your use of Ottocal — it only means the affiliate cannot be credited unless you use their referral code at checkout.

Some third-party providers used by Ottocal may also place cookies or similar identifiers when their services are loaded or called, including payment, authentication, communications, and monitoring providers.

Some cookies expire when a browser session ends, while others persist for a longer period so Ottocal can remember preferences, security state, and diagnostic context. Lifespans vary by feature and provider.

Ottocal primarily uses cookies and similar technologies that support core site functionality, security, and reliability. If Ottocal adds optional analytics, advertising, or personalization technologies that require consent in a particular jurisdiction, this notice and the product experience may be updated to reflect that requirement.
